To Bundle Island

Just some random photogaphs from a trip to a small sandy island off the Karachi coast called bundle island. Its known for the (endangered) green turtles that come there to lay their eggs on the white sandy beach. We also saw (rather surprisingly) a fully grown camel, which is not the first thing that comes to mind when you think of a small, uninhabited island. Bundle Island, near the Karachi shore The journey back to the Marina in the evening was even more interesting, working our way in the rapidly dying wind, we had ample oppurtunity to view the sunday 'drag' races all along the road that runs alongside the marina. Which is neither here nor there, but sitting there in the dusk, on the gently rocking boat, listening to the squeal of tires and the odd nitrous kick as the cars careened down the road in a blur of red was pretty unusual..
